PURCHASED A USED 10-22 FROM CABELAS IN RAPID CITY SD. THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS IN GOOD ORDER AND SAID IF A PROBLEM OCCURS BRING IT BACK.

IT TURNS OUT THE GUN WAS WORN OUT. WHEN CONTACTING CABELAS THEY SAID TOUGH, YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS. I CALLED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND WAS TREATED WORSE. I INTEND TO CALL BASSPRO SHOP PEOPLE WHO NOW OWN CABELAS AND TRY TO GET SOME HELP THERE.

BASSPRO PEOPLE HELPED ME IN THE PAST WHEN CABELAS SOLD ME THE WRONG STOCK THEN REFUSED TO REPLACE IT. AFTER BASSPRO GOT INTO THE DEAL MY STOCK WAS REPLACED.

I TOLD BASSPRO AND CABELAS THAT I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH CABELAS. A LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE RAPID CITY AREA ARE REALLY FED UP WITH CABELAS AND I HEAR NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE ABOUT CABELAS SERVICE.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: REPLACE THE GUN WITH A NEW ONE.

I didn't like: Your people.
