In attempt to return two items that I purchased a while back and had not opened. I was met by a rude person at the returns/exchange desk.

He never looked up at us when we came to the counter and the only thing he said was "I can't take this back, it isn't in our system anymore" and then went back to typing on his computer.

After leaving, my wife said that he was the same rude person that helped my daughter, and made her feel bad. If I ever have to go to a Cabelas again, it will not be this one.

Reason of review: Rude Employee.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Shouldn't mix "feelings" with business. If the guy's a *** summon his boss.

Then, do as you have indicated ; shop elsewhere. You always win when you hit them in the wallet.
