It was very snotty when they responded by saying 'the firearm YOU INSPECTED prior to taking ownership'. Nobody would expect factory blemish to be a used gun.

The "safety" issue is not a real concern, but Cabela's imposition of trigger locks on display guns is rather stupid, but then it is Cabela's after all. I must have 8-10 unused...

Cabelas - No military discounts

Since Cabelas has merged with Bass pro they now have taken away the military discount on most items. They want to live in a free country and want our $ . Well this is one military family that won't be honoring their store either. Will be honoring military friendly on line stores .

Cabelas - No replacement parts available

Bought a nice camp kitchen . Went camping and left site for the morning , came back to eat lunch to find an animal tried to get into food storage bag . The animal ate through the zipper to render it useless. I called, willing to buy another bag..but none to sell..they want you to buy a other entire kitchen!!!...I think not.!I will sew in another myself. They lost my business forever!
