I purchased one of your rain suits from Bass pro shops in Tracy CA now that it is raining hear alot the Zipper on the Jacket has failed so the suit has failed. Sincerely ,Robert Brown. Don't want anything to replace it . Why would take that chance?

On Dec.4 2023 I answered an add for a raven cross bow. The add says delivery in 3 to 5 days,this is day four and I have not seen now or any email in regards to it. I piad the shipping as add said, I would either like to have the bow or my money returned to my account.

Cabelas - Discrimination

On 11/13/23, I tried to apply for a Membership Manager but your system rejected it stating the job is no long posted. Well, thats inaccurate, it is still posted.

Ive communicated with the cust serv desk, who stated, We strive to keep job openings updated as quick as possible.

I am sorry that the site updated during the middle of your application process. Please contact our Corporate Human Resources Department at 417-873-**** if additional assistance is needed.

I chose not to contact HR as if its been filled, nothing I could do about that.

11/14/23, Im checking indeed and theres the open post.

I contact your cust serv again, and this time I was told to reapply. Why would I be told to reapply if its been filled and if its been filled, why is it still out in indeed?

I am not sure whats going g on but I feel like Im being given the run around.

I did call the number for their HR, number is disconnected.

Some people think that out of all the applicants they are most qualified for the job. The thought that there is someone better, or that they are not qualified does not penetrate through their thick skill.

So they claim that they did not get the job because of say, the color of their skin, or some other excuse. They just cannot accept that they did not get the job because they found someone better. They think that if they apply for a job, they are the best fit, and should automatically get the job above others.

They tell themselves that they were discriminated against because of the color of their skin or some other reason and even convince themselves that this is the case. Face it, it is a lot easier to claim you did not get the job because of the color of your skin, rather than admit you were not qualified or someone was more qualifed than you.

I drop off my crossbow to Roger Cabela in Roger, MN, in September 15, for repair. The archery customer services took my ID to verify my address.

He told me that my crossbow ( the acrudraw system) was still warranty by Ten Point, he will sent my crossbow to Ten Point for repair. A week later, he called me and he said that he did not get all my infos and unable to sent my crossbow to Ten Point. I told him that why he did not write down my infos while he had my ID, he said he forgot. I gave my infos to him again over the phone another week later, I call the Archery Department, he told me that my crossbow bow still there, it is faster for repair if he order the Acrudraw system and put on for me..

Another week passed, I called him again, he told me that he order the part but forgot to check it and it didnt go through. He told me that he ordered the part 10/06/2023 and it will get to Cabela on 10/11/2023. I followed up the day after and he told me that it was not arrived yet I am very disappointed.

Now I miss the whole month of crossbow hunting, possibly the whole season. I want some answer or I will expose Roger Cabela to consumer affairs for lack of service after they get my money.

Always stop in at cabelas on lunch ,or after work I'm a bowhunting fanatic! Always need something, there's one employee that thinks I'm a theif ,anything I purchase he has to walk me to front to check out , doest matter if it's field tips or or a 99cent paper target says he has to walk me up!

today I bought 2 new trail cams for 100 each ,needed a new release so I stopped at that ilse picked it up said he had to walk me up front no lock on shelf or anything, but today I was sick of it , told him I did not want it, keep it ! would have put cameras back but really needed them, the guy that gave me them on a lock on the slide didn't say a word. told him thanks have a nice day should have left then , but it's all over now last purchase at cabelas rest will be through bowshops don't care how far I have to drive, hope they're happy with employee birthday is coming up in a few days ,wife was gonna buy me kimber light weight 6.5 ,with vortex hslr scope ,vortex rings !

Guess a local gun shop will get $$$$ never shopping here again I'm done ! Buy the way the release was $60.00 hope it was worth my business, look up my shopping history

No customer service, help or advisr.

Warning to everyone!!!

Bought me a new fish finder. Haven't even gotten to use it when discovered that when I install the SD card, the screen shorts out.

Drive to Lubbock(108 miles each way) to get it swapped out. I figured, swap the screen, no big deal. Wrong...just to find out they won't swap it unless you remove EVERYTHING from your boat... screws, mount, power cable, tranducer, transducer mount, transducer cable, EVERYTHING!!..

it's no picnic running those wires and keeping and install nice and clean. With no help offered from them other than- we can't accept just the screen but you can take it to Midland (another 40 miles) runand have them Uninstall and reinstall (at my expense).. SCREW YOU CABELLAS!!! Not even an offer to give me help removing it or tools to do so.

No advise on how to contact Garmin to fix it...NOTHING!!!

Needless to say Cabellas and Bass Pro will no longer be getting my money. Credit card goes in the shredder immediately!!

Got a flyer in the mail stating that cabelas has 500 rounds of Aguila 22 ammunition for 24.99 , after driving 20 miles one way they didnt have it on the shelf or knew anything about the sale. Drove 20 more miles back home and called corporate and they told me that they didnt have it in stock. Just a ploy to get people in the store hoping they buy something else.

Not backing a generator I purchased

Generator would not start right out of the box they will not take it back because I put gas in it how are you supposed to know if it starts if you don't put gas in it now I have to take 100 miles away for a qualified tech to look at it which puts more expense to a 500 dollar machine all I wanted to do was exchange it for another one now I have to wait for 2 weeks before the tech can look at it so the only one getting hurt here is me

Cabelas is not store that it once was.

I purchased a meat grinder from Cabela about 3 years ago and have used it four times. While grinding the fifth deer in its short life it died.

All I got from Cabela's was lip service, and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Sorry buckwheat your name is on the box, that is still brand new. It has been this way for a couple of years and I don't buy anything from Cabela's anymore. I used to run their credit card and being a service engineer traveling North and South America it was on average 10,000 to 16,000 a month.

Didn't seem to matter. I wouldn't send a stranger a gift card from the place. You got real big and you got really poor at taking care of your lifelong customers.

I was buying when it was a newspaper flyer and just Kernay and Sidney. Keep up the great work!!

Because my bulldog pistol vault was purchased 17 months ago, they can't help me with a return or exchange, I have a receipt. The vault won't unlock with key, can't reset it, nothing. I returned to the Cabela's store I purchased the boots from to hopefully get the boots covered under the lifetime warranty as advertised when I purchased them. The customer service informed me since BassPro had purchased cabela they no longer honored the warranty of Cabela's. Very disappointed in this policy and will be hesitant to buy from Cabela's or Bass Pro in the future. And will advise people I know to beware.

We where told we had to pay for a 22 rifle and wait on the back ground check to come back, so we did that it has been 5 days since the back ground check and no response yet, so I called and was told it can take up to 30 days now for some bs reason, which doesn't make since when you haven't ever had and thing on your record. Also the man in th le gun vault started to cuzz and I don't take that from anyone and told him that he couldn't bully me or talk to me in that manner, I will never buy any thing from them again.
