I'm following up to a current comment I responded on here about a misprint on the sig P365 black Friday sale. I had purchased mine at Columbus, Oh. Location. I did not realize it until it was dark the sights did not glow. The employees did not mention it did not come with night sights when I purchased it. I was able to talk to the manager and explain what happened. He offered me the option to return it or mail me a $50.00 gift card. Being I live a hour and busy I optioned for the $50.00 gift card. My problem was handled professionally and I'm satisfied.

Customer Service 0 Heather at Richfield store 10 Order a Acurite Weather Station online. Went to check tracking found out order was Cancel without letting me know. Contacted Customer Service in Neb no HELP. Finally they came up with two of them one in Washington,one in Montana but wouldn't ship FREE. FINALLY called Richfield Cabela's in Wis. The lady said they had one & would put it aside for you. Now mind you it's a hour drive for me. When I got there I got a young lady named HEATHER. She upgraded the item for me,checked me out because of the long lines all for the same price of $99.97. HEATHER IS QUEEN OF CUSTOMERS SERVICE. YOU NEED TO PROMOTE HERE. Now only if I could get some gas money JAY CUZOOMA HERE

Ever since Bass Pro took over Cabela's everything about the store that was great has disappeared, Bass Pro took Cabela's great customer reputation and flushed it down the toilet! No more bargain cave, poor return policy, *** Redhead clothing etc.. The latest is the Ultimate Pack Vest that was very popular with almost every rifle hunter I know Bass Pro decided to discontinue it so they could put some *** Chinese Redhead Vest out that probably wont make it one season.

Physical copy TB-19THA6HR 52 -001 Page 12. Thanksgiving sale 11-27 to 12-1-19 they advertised sig sauer p365 "manual safety" for 399.97 Picture shows manual safty. Online says 499.99. I called website customer service for an answer and they blamed it on the store. Its a bait and switch false advertisement. Corporations get sued for this type of stuff. Especially with this track record. Not happy.

Same story here at ate the Allen Store, Texas! Would not honor the advertised price in the flyer they sent out! I called costumer service and got the run around, I'm done with them!!

I have a brand new still tags on full receipt for a coat bought at end of last season. Due to a large weight loss the coat is too large but never worn still brand new. The store will not offer credit to exchange for another coat. When talking to corporate she had the nerve to ask if I looked online at Cabela's to find another coat. Do they honestly think I would spend another dime in that store!!! Any other store would take an exchange or credit. Not this store. I see by all the complaints and only 2 resolutions that they obviously will not be able to keep in business much longer. Overpriced crap that they don't stand behind.

I ordered a coat they show on order a tracking option do not get nothing so I did a live chat was told it is not from them but a third party does this I asked for the third party to find where my coat coming from they cannot give out that information about the vendor was told it will arrive 11/5/19 *** does this person know was told to call shipping at cabellas but camy r. from live chat checked was told it will take 2 days for shipping to find out whats going on this company sucks cabellas I hope you lose customers with your *** service

Checked on the Cabela's website for availability of Springfield Armory magazines for my M1A. Supposed to be in stock at Greenville store. I live an hour away from Greenville and didn't want to drive there unless they had the item I wanted. Got there and the space on the shelf was empty. Could find no clerk to ask if there was any in the store room that hadn't been put out. Store was crowded and there was only 4 clerks to cover the firearm section. Am seriously disappointed and disgusted with this store. Don't trust the Cabela's website for accuracy and don't count on any assistance at the store. Plus unless you have a sales receipt with the appropriate information you cannot access their website to give feedback.

Cabela's consistently engages in bait and switch tactics in their circulars and on their website. Their marketing is disingenuous if not dishonest. The store blames it on corporate and corporate faults the store.

Same thing happened to me. I thought it was a decent deal until it got dark and realized the sights did not glow.

The ad clearly stated night sights and they did not tell.me.any different at checkout this was Columbus, Oh. Location. If I didn't want the night sights it would be ok I would of paid basically retail but the issue is now I have to buy them separately and it is.more.then just buying the firearm with night sights from the get go. Plus they usually have 2 mags.

The ad definitely mislead and employed failed to mention any different at checkout. They should make this right either accept a return or give customers a credit towards a future purchase.
