cabellas or bass pro do not send me emails of other crap to my home as far as you go I do not exist in your company files ihope others follow and you go out of business

I ordered a coat they show on order a tracking option do not get nothing so I did a live chat was told it is not from them but a third party does this I asked for the third party to find where my coat coming from they cannot give out that information about the vendor was told it will arrive 11/5/19 *** does this person know was told to call shipping at cabellas but camy r. from live chat checked was told it will take 2 days for shipping to find out whats going on this company sucks cabellas I hope you lose customers with your *** service

Bought a Pit Boss 3 gas smoker and paid almost $100.00 extra to have it shipped in 2 days. Will not buy anything again at Cabela's and have it shipped "regular" as it always takes forever and arrives damaged. Almost 4 days later the product is still sitting on the loading dock, 2 days past when I should have had it in my hands. Cabelas refuse to cancel order. Will not buy from Cabelas again......extremely poor service......and absolutely horrific shipping. Sure hope the US counterpart has not befallen the same fate. Whoever is running the Canadian arm needs a real slap from the US Parent.

Ordered a Nikon Rangefinder and did not get a order confirmation email. Waited a couple days and emailed customer service. Two days receive order confirmation saying order has shipped and waiting for UPS pickup. Nope, 4 days later still waiting for UPS pickup. Call customer service, yep lost/missing order may have to reorder item. Customer Service Agent transfers me to shipping with a 1 minute wait time........25 minutes later (i was curious) I hang up and call back. This agent claims that nope not lost, its UPS not updating their website....they can't do anything about it. The kicker is the customer service agent said "the item is on schedule." Ordered Nov. 28th and 8 days later order is still in limbo......right on schedule. My schedule is, if I don't have it in 2 days I will call my credit card company to stop payment. I will never do business with Cabela's again.

Agreed. Ordered two Benchmade knives and they were supposed to come with a set of Pint Glasses.

Showed in stock when I placed the order and even after my items shipped.

Looked online and checked my order a week after my items arrived and the promotional glasses were cancelled. FALSE ADVERTISING!

When placing an order one would assume that cabelas the professional company would do right job correct? Not this company they don't care about it!! You know the saying we have time to do things right the first time! Can't understand how this company have spiraled down hill so bad! Richard, Charles cabela what has happened! Now I understand why bass pro deal fell through! So far the only good thing I got from cabelas in the last 2 years was the money that they had to pay in a class action lawsuit filed. Spoke with a supervisor named JANA and let me say she was worse then customer service she could care less if you are a customer, will still be a customer or never order from them again!! With all the social media out there they should have more understanding and listen to customers frustrations after their company makes a huge error but they don't! I told them I would bad mouth them so here I am!
