Bought a Pit Boss 3 gas smoker and paid almost $100.00 extra to have it shipped in 2 days. Will not buy anything again at Cabela's and have it shipped "regular" as it always takes forever and arrives damaged. Almost 4 days later the product is still sitting on the loading dock, 2 days past when I should have had it in my hands. Cabelas refuse to cancel order. Will not buy from Cabelas again......extremely poor service......and absolutely horrific shipping. Sure hope the US counterpart has not befallen the same fate. Whoever is running the Canadian arm needs a real slap from the US Parent.

I had the same problem went to buy two pair of boots I was told I could order them went to the service desk they had no idea how to order them boots I needed were 84 dollars ended up getting them from docks sporting goods shipped to my house for 40 dollars

Horrible | Cabelas review from Lincoln, Nebraska

I ordered a shirt online on 12/10/18. I got a confirmation number and it stated that I would get an email letting me know when it ships. Finally in February I got sick of waiting and sent an email. They told me to contact someone and gave me the number. I finally got ahold of someone today only to be told they CANCELED my order!!!!!!! I was never notified about this!!!!!! I am furious! They canceled it because the shirt I ordered they were no longer carrying! So from Dec 10th until now I have been waiting for an order and was not communicated with AT ALL! The person I talked to was rude when I asked about it to the point where she kept interrupting me when I would ask a question. I finally just hung up. How horrible!!!

I don't know what these idiots are talking about, I been going there 10-15 times a year and NEVER had a problem They just have to search for parts online. Westonsupply.com has the same parts and part numbers for the Cabelas vertical stuffers. Any time I had a problem they fixed it right away at cabelas.

I had always done my shopping there for reloading supplies and I could always count on them to get what I need and look forward to a sale on reloading but since they sold to bass pro shop they never have what I want nor do they ever have a sale going on. And prices have went a lot higher. I dislike them now nothing is like it was.
