Worst service I have ever had, | Cabelas review from Columbus, Ohio

Called to get a price on a rifle at the Columbus Ohio Cabelas. Call twice and after waiting 4 to 5 minutes for someone to answer, was finally transferred then, after no answer after 4 to 5 min was hung up on twice!! Then the third time after the usual 4 to 5 min for someone to answer, was asked to leave a message! Really! Want good service and good prices Columbus?? Go to Vances like I did. Oh and by the way, I am a Club member with a Silver status, may be my last. I am a patient man but when you wait on the phone for over 15 minutes you would expect as least the courtesy for someone to at least answer and say " we are extremely busy can you call back later or can I take a message. If that would have happened on the first call I would not be pissed! but yep now I'm pisssed!!!

Cabelas has sale but no product

Cabelas is currently having daily sales on select items. An item on sale for Nov. 17, 2015 is some Men's Keen Alamosa hiking shoes. I checked on their website the evening of Nov. 16 and they only showed a few sizes of these shoes at the full price. I thought that kind of strange but figured they were holding back the supply in anticipation of the sale. I woke up at 5 am on Nov. 17 and went to the Cabelas website to order the shoes. They were sold out. Obviously, they had very little inventory of shoes to begin with and should never have advertised the shoes. I've been a Cabelas Club member for over 20 years but am about done with them after this debacle.

The Cabelas in Lone Tree, Colorado send to be a very stressed, unwelcoming and unfriendly store where one can spend over $600 and not receive a hello, goodbye, thanks for shopping here or a basic thank you. Very poor customer service. Will only be doing at Bass, or REI. Shame on you, Cabelas. Money doesn't grow on trees and we have choices on where to shop.

Cabelas Sleeping Bag Review from Genoa City, Wisconsin

Let's start with until recently I was a huge fan of Cabellas! I'm a trucker for 16 years, and used to stop in Hammond Indiana for rest or brake, and somehow I always ended up in store shopping or looking at new fishing, hunting , camping etc.2 years ago purchased a fishing boat, last year a quad, every camping stuff has cabela's on it! Bottom line over the year's I must purchased ove4 $45,000 essay, not counting my friends & family! Two weeks ago wanted to stop, rest then go shopping for a -40% sleeping bag! Guess what, bumped in to a cop, who would not allow me to park, unless the store it's open! What a *** move Cabellas! U just lost a precious customer , and I will promote this everywhere I go for sure! Keep discriminating, you will end up closing in this hard economy!

Cabelas - Remington Bolt Action 783 Review from Louisville, Kentucky

The ad said Deer Camp Sale Oct29-Nov8. Visited store in louisville ky on Nov 4th looking to buy a remington model 783 with scope $279.99. I informed the sales rep what i was looking for, he checked his computer and told me they did not have any in stock of any caliper. He was helpful and professional but told me they only had seven in other stores and they would not sell them . I ask for a Rain check was informed we don't give rain checks on rifles.
